From idea to implementation and revision!
Throughout the years, EADTU has adopted an activity cycle in successive step:
- collecting major ideas from rectors and principals about current developments and issues in higher education institutions, that affect their core business;
- conceptualisation and development of a position paper with institutional experts of different European countries by a (existing or new) task force;
- running an innovation project with the members and non-member universities and stakeholders, combining action and action research, funded by the European Commission or other sources;
- mainstreaming the project results throughout Europe by local innovation seminars organised by EADTU and national partners;
- continuous revision of previous results/instruments or policy input, based on implementation and experience.
